It is my second time using this company and I must say they do a good job. Some bits were left due to lack of time and they came back 2 days later to finish the job. This time the oven and fridge were done as well as a big clean and disposal of rubbish. After the walk over anything left or not done was corrected and I’m very happy with the result. After a deep clean of kitchen and bathroom I discovered that the oven hadn't been cleaned inside at all despite being agreed to on initial inspection and quote. Then when asked about it the owner demanded more money to complete the tasks agreed to claiming he couldn't remember agreeing to them. Left feeling very dissatisfied overall. The staff used were friendly though.

Very disappointing cleaning for our end of tenancy: They required an extra £30.- to clean the oven but this was not done, the over remained greasy in the inside and the outside. They quoted for a “deep clean” but there was very poor attention to details for instance: the fridge and freezer had not been moved and it was still v dirty at the back, the skirting boards were still dusty in places and bathroom wall still had toothpast stains, etc. etc. As a results we spent the night cleaning due to a tight deadline. What made it very upsetting, is that the team did not want to admit this and still expects the full money quoted.
